Hi @AerLingus, why was my mom who had all correct docs &boarding pass asked for €700 CASH *at the gate* to board DUB-LHR yesterday? She obv refused, was denied boarding & has accrued many expenses (and stress!!) to sort. Phone unhelpful/rude. Awaiting response. #aerlingus @IATA
