Jesus @ASUS you made an #Ascent #GX10 and you outfitted it with just 4x 20Gbps (????) usb-c ports not even thunderbolt or even 1 USB4 connection but just 4 effing USB-C 20Gbps ports. My Dell Laptop is 5 years old and it has 4 thunderbolt ports 40Gbps. For that price? Disgraceful!

It's rather annoying to be stopped everytime in a normal discussion with your so-called help. You do realise this can work against what you are trying to achieve as it stops you from using an outlet to talk to, namely AI for people that have nowhere else to go to.

@Gaomonpentablet I'm keeping my fingers 🤞. I have the XP Pen older 24" model. However the @Gaomonpentablet look like they are lighter which is good when you're disabled, better quality &better technology. I need this. Especially with weak muscle strength. It's a shame it isn't the PD1621 though.

We have had to go through warranty replacement, but can't find the receipt to this one. So what do we do? We live in the Netherlands so fall under EU/Dutch warranty law. Which means that even when the warranty runs out it should keep working as normal & it seems a design fault.

@ShokzUSA You have a major design flaw with your OpenRun Pro 2. Everytime the on/off button stops functioning. It seems like the rubbery plastic connection to the on/off switch is constantly breaking. I have now had 3 of them break at that point and now my friend also... 1/2
