All necessary documents including a court order was provided for the refund of my 66.5 Solana and also for the release of the KYC details of the fraudster. @MEXC_Official responded that the account in question does not belong to a Nigerian national, hence, the KYC details can not be provided. MEXC then moved to close the case without addressing the refund of my money. In their mail, @MEXC_Official stated and I quote "we wish to take this opportunity to affirm our support in the fight against crime and highlight that we do our utmost in assisting your investigations". How can this claim be true if a crime was reported to MEXC with evidence to support. And your stance is nothing can be done without addressing the issue of my refund?. How do exchanges ensure that law and order is served in the crypto space? This simply means that the exchange is protecting a criminal and I wonder how many more of these sort of cases have gone under the rader. This is not accepted from @MEXC_Official.
