My payouts have been on hold for almost 2 weeks now, I’ve contacted 3 different reps from Shopify saying the same thing and so far nothing happened. I’m almost 200 orders that on my store and I never had any refunds/dispute/chargeback so far. @harleyf @tobi @ShopifySupport

I recently had a Shopify store banned for no reason, got it back, and now another store has been banned. I’ve been locked out of my account, and support has been no help. I have 500+ fulfilled orders but can't update tracking due to a chinese holiday delay, and now I've had 10 chargebacks with restrictions from Shopify Payments and Stripe. On top of that, my shopify payments were put on a 120 day hold for no reason. This is ridiculous and has done a lot of damage to my business. I need immediate help on this issue. @harleyf @tobi @ShopifySupport

@ShopifySupport Are you out there? Your support team does not respond through your website. @Shopify is debiting funds daily and not depositing funds. This has been going on since August 26th. No one is helping us solve this problem. You are putting our business out of business.
