It has been an 8 year journey so far, many ups and downs, pouring our hearts and souls into it so that one day we can provide a service and support to 1000’s more. On Saturday, I mentioned what we do in the @CrypCrocsClub discord and someone instantly reached out in my DM’s “Send me your wallet for a donation” I was blown away, but wait… He sent 1000 ada! I was speechless! It genuinely brought tears to my eyes. We are charity registered and receive monetary support twice a year (£3000 per year).

Unnecessary suffering is people killing animals for food when they don’t have to. We are not hunter gatherers anymore, most folks aren’t capable of dispatching their own food. We now buy our food from supermarkets, where people make the choice to support suffering. They aren’t treated with little stress, they are a product. With monetary value, akin to the slave trade. You may need to watch some documentaries to see how it really goes down. Next you are going to tell me that the rivers are clean.

Not really, it’s unnecessary suffering. I don’t call myself an “animal lover” but I find all life fascinating. I have had love for the pets I’ve owned. I’m not naive to think the steak I eat did not have to die for that to happen but to be able to live a life with as little stress and suffering before that happens. I think most people think along those lines.

It’s not any religion though. It’s one. The original points were taken from the Quran, they are actively practiced by some followers of Islam today. You then presented a selection of Christian/Jewish commands that aren’t practiced by anyone in these modern times. That is what’s called a False Equivalence, trying to compare something that does happen today to something that doesn’t.
