I was in 100 level, I was going back to campus from Lagere and I boarded a town gboro bus to campus. I sat in front, then we got to Mayfair, a beautiful girl entered the bus too, she was going to campus. Fast forward, we got to campus, I paid for myself and did same for her. She thanked me and was walking towards SUB. I approached her. I don’t know how to approach a girl for her number but this one was different. I’ve always had the mentality that girls will turn down girls they don’t like when they ask for their number. In my life, I’ve never experienced what I experienced with this girl. She was very accommodating and joyous about giving me her contact and departed with “make sure to text me message”. I was happy that I collected the number of a fine girl. I got to ETF, Block 1 Room 112 Upper Bunk. I texted her, her response came in late and I was overthinking it. Then her text message came in, I was happy. I was smiling like a fool. We didn’t even talk much but I appreciated her beauty. Subsequently, I was seeing her face on her status and I was living with the “this girl fine die” mentality. Then I texted again, that I liked her o. And she said she was going to introduce me to her office that “you’ll get to see my beautiful face everyday”. My eye koko turn, I asked myself “what’s going on?”. She said I should let her know when I was ready to come see her. I felt inferior, that time I just bought a Tecno Spark 10C and she told me she bought her iPhone 11 from the job in 3 weeks. Long story short, I went to her office o and the rest is history. I don’t want to mention her name but she has stopped doing the the job she’s now a Part 2 Law Student. Till today, she no gree date me.😂
