This new post is evidence of a guilty conscience. Why did Peter Obi not mention these non-Igbo athletes in his original post? Why did he have to wait until I called him out before he remembered Yemisi Ogunleye and Rena Wakama, who were conspicuously missing from his first post praising and mentioning only Igbo athletes? And even in this second afterthought post, Peter Obi lied and claimed that Annette Echikunwoke won gold. Please fact-check me: She did not. Actually, it was Yemisi Ogunleye who won gold. But because Yemisi Ogunleye won a Gold Medal, Mr. Obi was so desperate to also give that honour to his fellow tribe person that he promoted Annette Echikunwoke from a Silver medalist to a Gold medalist. As usual, Peter Obi is always in competition with Southwest, which is not in competition with him. Nigerians may recall that Peter Obi, while he was Governor of Anambra, threatened to sack non-Anambra indigenes from the Anambra State Civil Service. Today, we condemn South Africa for rejecting Chidinma. Perhaps they learnt it from Peter Obi. Try as he may, whether in the first or second post, Peter Obi cannot hide his parochialism and easily proves to objective bystanders that he is not the right leader to govern a multiethnic, multicultural, and multi-religious country like Nigeria! #TableShaker
