@SRFax This issue is disrupting medical continuity of care for many medical offices and patient’s. This is unacceptable! These issues have been going on long enough, even if just intermittently.

@TanyaTa22779152 @SRFax Same here. We do about 70,000 faxes a month and the response is horrible. No communication

@SRFax Been over a month of partial faxes inbound (25-40%) and two weeks of only cover pages going out on all outbound faxes and the no eta....well we are still waiting and now your down, your links in twitter don't work and your status page and website are also down.

Update: We've escalated this issue internally to our engineering team and they are looking into the issue. No ETA right now.
