I had TWO very close calls on my run today and after my temper settled down… I know drivers don’t actually WANT to hit anyone so PSA: if you’re a driver &have found yourself not paying attention, texting while driving, or finding yourself almost hitting someone. Take a class.

My oldest son who loves running, is intense in his passions, and has PE today: “We have a 5 min jogging warmup today but I’m going to sprint around those cones and take things way too far”

My son just got sent home sick from school with a stomach bug… there are normally 25 in his class and they are down to eight. 2 weeks to @runSRA_CIM Lord help me.

I usually 🚴 into work, but it’s cold, so for the first time in my adult life I’m taking a bus because #ilovemotherearth and it’s warm and cozy and I didn’t have to scrape any windshields. Thanks @RideTransfort #shiftyourride

You will never outrun a shitty diet. You need hours of exercise to burn off a slice of pizza. Focus on your diet to burn fat & your workouts to build muscle.

I love that he just loves to run and race. :) When I told him I was running @USAMastersTrack XC Nationals he immediately wanted to know if there was a kids race. Thanks @teamboulder for such a fun experience- he is totally hooked!
