London Liverpool Street is officially GB's busiest station, up from 4th in 2022, following the full Elizabeth line launch. Outside of London, Birmingham New Street remains the busiest and Denton (Manchester) is the quietest. Check your station - ontimetrains.co.uk/blog/latest-20…

@RLH1994 Check out the calendar in the Daily Performance section at ontimetrains.co.uk/stations/SLV;d… - grey days are those with no services. I see no service for the 4 weekends from 19 Nov, as well as the 3 weekends from 11 June earlier in 2022.

@quosh That's unfortunate! Go to the Stations page (ontimetrains.co.uk/stations) and select "All" in the "Of top X busiest stations" dropdown. Greenfield shows up as the 6th worst station.

FUCK MUSK/FUCK TRUMP
@OnTimeTrains Hi there, I have the misfortune of Greenfield (GNF) being my local station. I’m patiently waiting for it to hold the crown of worst performing station - currently holding on to the 2612 spot! Is there a way of displaying the worst stations (not by busiest) via OTT?

@nitram66uk Thanks for getting in touch. Yes, the Delay Repay tool no longer considers the May 2018 timetable for journeys since 30 July.

@OnTimeTrains Is the news that from 30th July, claims can no longer be made against the May timetable, factored into your website? Thanks.

@MeganFrench113 Thanks for passing it on. This tool simplifies things by displaying a clear yes/maybe/no for each service, by figuring out the operator policy in effect, overtaken services, etc. Also takes into account GTR's current temporary delay repay policy, so it's timely.
