@OnTrac_Shipping has to be the worst shipping service out there I really hope nothing I order ever ships with you again. Gotta love an AI system being the only form of communication. Package moving between two locations 30 miles away for a a week. Terrible company @OnTracHelp

Hey @OnTracHelp @OnTrac_Shipping I hope one of you employees is enjoying my package they stole from me. You scanned in my package in 2 different OnTrac facilitites and then poof, it was magically lost. then you tried to blame the company i bought the product from. lame

@OnTracHelp Why do companies use you? What is your delivery track record? If I knew OnTrac were the delivery company I would’ve cancelled the order. Packaging should be in standard brown, no sender logo packaging! Once again, order was delivered but not to my house and no photo!

@OnTracHelp my package has been out for delivery for literally 24 hours .. no updates .. still hasn’t shown up. please explain how hard is it to deliver a package? I hope 2026 is the year y’all are sued and put out of business for GOOD.

I dont understand how @OnTrac_Shipping @OnTracHelp loses a package that's 6 ft x 4 ft they updated arrival in MPLS 12/8 w/ our other package we received a week after also!?!? Then told it's my responsibility to contact seller to fix! Extremely disappointed!!

@iplayx98 Good question! Was told to contact seller... its not the seller's mistake, they shoild contact seller, get nee one sent to me but @OnTracHelp @OnTrac_Shipping told me they don't do any more. Haven't heard back from seller either yet.
