I dont understand how @OnTrac_Shipping @OnTracHelp loses a package that's 6 ft x 4 ft they updated arrival in MPLS 12/8 w/ our other package we received a week after also!?!? Then told it's my responsibility to contact seller to fix! Extremely disappointed!!

@iplayx98 Good question! Was told to contact seller... its not the seller's mistake, they shoild contact seller, get nee one sent to me but @OnTracHelp @OnTrac_Shipping told me they don't do any more. Haven't heard back from seller either yet.

@OnTracHelp Disappointed our packages aren't here. Been loaded on truck in Mpls since 12/8. One package updated today said delivery for yesterday! We need these here, just missed the bday one is for and in trying to contact you it says 2 business days (next week)- not acceptable.

@CentraCare great surgery team! Aftercare rules horrendous, a daughter w/ her 2 children not allowed to visit her father w/ newly found cancer because limit is 2 people w/out exception!?!? How healthy is that care?

@centracare_mn has a kind, helpful surgical team but unaccommodating staff when visiting your loved one. Refusing to allow 2 kids (8&9) w/ an adult to see doctors, rule- 2 visitors (private room). It's really sad MN nice is lost on our hospital systems.

To be clear, "non-educator" is "parent." Now read it again. Now homeschool.

Pray she is returned home safely!!!! The sooner the better!
