How I got my first Web3 job after 3 months ? Joined Web3 at the beginning of 2025 and 3 months later, I became a moderator for Irys. Not a huge role, but it paid $200โ$300/month (sometimes ~$500). For someone new to Web3, thatโs already a solid start. Most people say becoming a mod requires: - Join a project very early - Be active 24/7 - Reply fast and always be present - Bring positive energy and not act like a bot But nobody will tell you: > If the project posts something โ write a summary > If the project launches testnet โ create a guide > If the project has weak branding โ help design a simple brand kit > If the project needs more members โ look for partnerships with other communities or servers Some tips you NEED to know: - Look for chances to DM the CM - If you see a problem, bring a solution - Build your own vibe: tech, funny, helpful, hardworking - And pleaseโฆ donโt be biased Sometimes the CM just doesnโt see the vision. They might reject you for lack of experience. It happens, donโt take it personally. Final advice: choose projects carefully. Grinding months in a scam project is wasted time. Next thread, Iโll share how to find other Web3 jobs once you have your first experience.

We're looking for community moderators. Unicity is building infrastructure for the autonomous economy. The community we're building around it should match that ambition. If you live online, understand the builder mindset, and want to be part of something, this is for you.
