I'm really frustrated with this @GetOneCardIN! App issues stopped me paying, and Cred app isn't an option. After finally paying, they're not waiving interest, despite promising to due to a technical glitch. Now I owe 10K for 5days?@OneCardHelp, this isn't right! @ConsumerRights

I’ve noticed an unauthorized charge on my OneCard credit card for TimesPrime membership — not once, but twice (in 2025 and again in 2026). I never enabled autopay or gave any permission for recurring payments. I always pay my credit card bills manually.
