It's that time of year here in Cincinnati where the pigs fly in the The Flying Pig Marathon

I didn’t really want to say this out loud, but I will. That song, “Hold Your Line,” or the "If" poem if you want. Keeps bringing to mind everything surrounding Trump and what he’s been through. Not in a simple or one-sided way, just the sense of pressure, conflict, and standing your ground while everything around you is loud and divided. It hits that nerve about resilience, perception, and how different people can see the same situation in completely different ways. That’s what sticks with me when I hear it. 🥲

Inspired today by a video @unmemetic shared, I went down a rabbit hole a bit of a memory lane with Rudyard Kipling poems. Suno took it in a slightly different direction and looped it a bit, but I ran it through my pipelines anyhow. Details in the comments about my pipelines.

I’ve got some tools on GitHub that might be underrated, but they’re free—use them, break them, build on them if they help. For this, I used my older OneOffRender tool to layer shaders and transitions into the background, rendered the video, then right-clicked it using my shell hooks and ran Karaoke → Modern Glow 2 gig.

No worries, Dave. It's a very specific synesthesia I have here, and I get that. Sort of like when @huwhitememes roto scopes a hand from around a microphone to swap out one person for another. Man he has a very specific synesthesia, I'm a little envious to tell you the truth. But yeah, if this isn't your thing it's all good bro. This is coding stuff even above my paygrade hence why I share. In hopes of either finding someone geeker to learn from or inspiring them somehow.

Small progress before I step away for a bit. Found a couple of solid vibe coders worth studying, plus a comment thread I want to dig into. a URL in thread. I’ve got homework to do before pushing further. Still looking for an audience into this kind of technical sharing. I don’t think it’s here yet. If you know people who’d care, tag them. I’m close to making the GitHub public or hosting it somewhere to spark interest. The goal is simple. Share code and knowledge freely to inspire or learn. I think there’s value here. Still figuring out the why in this era. This stuff is hard to go at alone without cause or even community participation.
