Interesting recent Pension Ombudsman ruling. NHSBSA were ordered to pay £1,000 "for the serious distress and inconvenience caused by its maladministration" Dr S has complained that NHSBSA has failed to send him a Pension Saving Statement (PSS) automatically for the tax years 2016/17, 2017/18, and 2018/19. @Sajay70 We did 3 planned cases Sanjay……THREE!!! There are 9x 20G cannula there and I can’t even count the tourniquets! 😂😂

It’s great when the ODP has FULL confidence in your ability to cannulate…… Just how many attempts do they think I’ll need?? (Ok fine, I “may” have missed ONE on this list last week)
