On Apr 9, went to the closest Staples on 4265 Lougheed Highway, Burnaby, BC, hoping for a quick resolution. They confirmed a fault but couldn't replace it. Reason: Laptop was bought online, so I had to file a claim with Allstate. Called Allstate, who punted me to HP... with the wrong number. Had to find the right one myself. This has been a gong show.
