@oneplus _Instead of a fair resolution, I was denied both a refund and replacement for a defective device. I was pressured to keep it and offered a ₹500 voucher to close the complaint. Despite the issue remaining unresolved, the case has been closed. #OnePlus #ConsumerRights

Instead of providing a fair resolution, neither a refund nor a replacement was offered. I was forced to accept the defective device while being offered a ₹500 voucher as a bribe to settle the matter. The case has been closed without a proper resolution.@oneplus #oneplus

No replies, no calls-I'm only receiving the same response: "Your case has been transferred to the senior authority. They will call you within 24 hours." However, this "24 hours" has not been completed for the past week..still no resolution @oneplus @OnePlus_Support @OnePlus_IN
