Back to reflecting into fieldwork experiences. I need to do my PhD write up justice 🙂‍↔️. More importantly, to every participant, in every form, part and space. 👏🏽👏🏽

The whole confusion over the consistent rising of GBV cases in Botswana is a joke. Don’t search far. Start with familiar institutions. Of family, circles that protect abusers, rapists, pedophiles. Validating abuse because culture and “batho ba tla reng”👀👀. Nonsense.

I was very excited to leave the house. A few steps in, I fell so shamelessly. I came back into the house. What am I doing outside at -5 degree weather. I want to go buy plantain though. 😝 and finish my PhD chapters, need to write in some space.

One of my memorable moments is having my aunt to say come here. And she held me.Tightly and in a wholesome way. I will complete this PhD and get the A4 sheet granting me the qualification. 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽
