Ian Foster levels of tactical flexibility going on from TC at the moment. Last two games have been against teams that regularly mix up systems - shows the levels required to be top six. Need to see

I’m now actually starting to feel sorry for Cleverley. It’s no wonder the decent managers we’ve stumbled on (Schuey, Muslic) don’t hang around. As soon as they realise Stapleton MK II wont match their ambition they’re off. Let’s face it if we were top 3 TC would be gone too #pafc

@argyle_analyst @vbtspafc Don’t disagree with this but original comment was lambasting lack of investment. Plenty of money has been spent for the level. How well, I think we’ll see at the end of the season.

Imo, ofc TC has questions to answer, but I think it's fair to say that transfers/squad building (this season and legacy) have been a hindrance to all managers post Schuey. That's why we've cycled through so many systems

Amaechi has just returned from injury, Ibrahim is still injured and Patterson was brought in well before Cleverley. Dont see the point that’s trying to be made about Cleverley wasting money on his “old style system”

Not saying we should chuck the kitchen sink, but equally don’t think we should adopt the “it’ll do” mentality

No way we’re spending big in this window on 3-4 players, especially when Opta says we have a 3% chance of going up.

Tom Cleverley is doing a lot right at the moment and saying a lot of better things to suggest he’s learning and growing into the job…
However this is exceptionally short-sighted and concerning. When you play with a two up front system, you need more than 1 as cover #pafc
