@OnlyAssets The spread isn’t owed to prospective withholding of the consideration; there’s a very fraught regulatory approval process to play out before end 26. Eg., Israeli authorities may use golden share to nix the deal.

Am I missing something on the $ZIM trade? As long as ZIM gets clearance from the ITA then proceeds will not be subject to withholding. Seems aggressive to trade at full 25% discount based on what docs says
