@superalbs I do this journey so often and the 387s are getting aggressively phased out. They were the only type of train on the line for a good while, and as you mentioned the ride quality was not great. I vastly prefer the 379s, mostly for the seats to be honest! Brilliant video as always.

Yesterday I spent the whole day riding around on the @chilternrailway network where I spent a whopping 5 hours and a half with their 68s! Really enjoyed the new mark 5A's and found the comfort and ride quality of the mark 3s to be great too.

@trainfanmatt I don't mind! I prefer peace and quiet haha

@OnlyRightTrack The only problem with business class is it's at the wrong end for the sweet sounds of the 68 😁

Probably for the final time, a trip on a service train consisting of loco hauled Mk3 carriages with 68014 leading the charge from Leamington Spa to Stourbridge Junction
