@90sPKMN None of them, this was the WORST generation. And that goes for the remake too, despite all the fixes and flourishes, gen 2 is just fundamentally boring as hell.

@SynthPotato I only feel that way for certain games. If the game is an FPS it needs to be atleast 60 but for a slow paced game like RDR or GTA which is more cinematic and story driven it's less of a big deal

I really hope GTA 6 ships with a Performance Mode as I find 30FPS completely unplayable on modern monitors. Rockstar HAS to deliver that option on launch, I don’t care how much uglier the game would be on that mode, I will always take playability over eye candy.

It’s not just as simple as turning down graphical settings. To create an open world as detailed and as packed as GTA 6, it is extremely intensive on the CPU. They are CPU bound titles. Would you really want less innovation and an open world that is WAY less complex and amazing just because you’d have to adjust to 30FPS (and probably quite a smooth one) for two years before the PS6? Or PC port?

Totally gutted, just spent £400 on what I thought was a PS5 and game bundle at @Argos_Online. It took 2 hours as it kept going out of stock. When I was successful I had forgotten to add my free game!! Sold out for the rest of the evening but I continued to watch in hope! 😣🥺😖
