Ladies and Gents, we've reached Escape Velocity 🚀 🚀 🚀 Our freshest New Zealand lots from hop selection are fueling this expedition. We blended Nelson, NZ Cascade, and Rakau, creating an explosion of passionfruit, Sauvignon Blanc, apricot, and lime popsicles. Garston Hops (@garstonhops) continues to blow us away with their harvest year after year. A sliver of green appears on the map as the mountains and hills begin to fade toward the distant shoreline, and it’s in that first valley that these former sheep ranchers laid their hop bines. The hop belt, the ideal latitude for growing hops worldwide, sits between 35 and 55 degrees, and Garston sits squarely at 45, which means long summer sun and a crisp, dry climate. New Zealand hops have an otherworldly quality, taking familiar fruit flavors and turning them on their heads. With this in mind, we worked with @spacegooose to channel our sense of exploration and discovery into this fresh can art.
