Just made the biggest sale of my life. And biggest purchase of my life. Sold completely out of $LMND mostly for moral reasons. Threw about 90% of proceeds into $HIMS and 10% into $ABCL. Sold $LMND at 365% gain. Happy hump day.

A few years ago I’d be panicking right now. I have endured many market drawbacks since then, and I’m not worried at all. I guess that makes me a seasoned investor. I know what I own, and I know the future value is much higher.

People think a buyer’s market hurts housing stocks. Dynasty builders know: It helps the platforms. Because platforms don’t bet on house prices — they bet on transactions. And nothing creates transactions like dislocation. Look at every 100-bagger in history: They scaled fastest in chaos, not calm.

The U.S. housing market just hit a record nobody is prepared for. In October, sellers outnumbered buyers by 36.8% — the widest gap since 2013. This is the strongest buyer’s market in more than a decade. And this matters massively for $OPEN and $BETR.

In more important news… I re-proposed to my wife last night in NYC after 27.5 years — and she said YES. 💍 This is the city I fell in love with her in, the city where I first proposed as a broke grad student. I didn’t know much about life or love back then. I know a lot more now. Grateful she said yes then… and keeps saying yes for the rest of our lives. ♥️

For subscribers so far- I’ve done DD on $DUOL, $HIMS, $ABCL, and $FUBO. These are stocks I know most about (aside from $DUOL- mostly scratched the surface). $OPEN finished +6.4% today after +20% yesterday and +30% off Friday’s pre-market lows. That’s +77% since 5am Friday. Meanwhile, guys like George Noble were on X Thursday night and Friday morning celebrating a funeral that never happened. They were dancing on the grave of $OPEN and @nejatian like it was over. Turns out… They were dancing on their own credibility. We don’t trade hourly candles. We build dynasties. Road to $82 continues. 🚀🔥

Antonio gets a lot of hate. But the key to being a good investor is buying companies when they’re most hated, thereby making you unpopular for a while till your thesis plays out. If you’re worried about popularity- you will not be a good investor.
