
Respectfully, that’s not quite accurate. Prime Video already includes over 20,000 movies + 2,700+ TV shows with your subscription at no extra cost. One of the biggest libraries out there. The buy/rent option is purely for extra stuff (new releases, specific titles studios hold back, etc.). Nobody forces you to pay more; you can stick to the massive included catalog just fine.
Amazon actually gives you more access overall than Netflix, Disney+, or Apple TV+ because of that hybrid model. And full Prime isn’t just video, they provide shipping, music, etc. on top.
But I totally get waiting for BBC/ITV if that’s your preference.
