I'm a DevOps engineer with a family, a full-time job, and a plan to escape the 9-5. I'm building a startup on the side. Nights. Weekends. Whenever I can. Why? Because trading 40h/week to make someone else rich isn't the life I want. I don't know if I'll make it. But I'm documenting everything – the wins, the failures, the doubts. Direction change in the project from B2C to B2B. Fewer users but each one much more profitable.

Today's project: Building a "me" repository in git. Context about who I am. What I'm building. My goals. My style. So every Claude conversation starts from the same place. No more explaining myself from zero every time.

Social media has been really draining me lately. Trying something new, "write-only mode". Instead of doom-scrolling and reading other people's posts, I'll just post whatever crosses my mind (just like this post). This should emphasize the creative aspect more.

The worst outcome isn't failure. It's never trying. Accepting the default life. Someone else's rules. Someone else's schedule. And waking up at 60 wondering: what if I had played the game my way?

Teachers get followers. But what if you don't have lessons yet? Just struggles. Doubts. Work in progress.

Most people are using AI to produce more. The smart ones use it to decide faster. Instead of: “Write me a post about X” Try this: “Based on my last 30 posts, what should I stop talking about and what should I talk about more?” That single question saves more time than any ‘viral prompt’ ever will. AI isn’t powerful because it writes well. It’s powerful because it remembers, tracks, compares, prepares, and reacts without drama.
