@morganlinton How can Grok low be on the same level as Fable 5 medium?
English

Okay, I have the results from my overnight benchmark comparing Grok 4.5 vs. Fable 5 vs. GPT 5.6 Sol.
And I'm really blown away, Grok 4.5 beat Fable 5 and GPT 5.6 Sol, and at a lower cost.
I ran this benchmark focused on Low and Medium effort levels as I do honestly think these are the effort levels we'll be using with this new class of models, for every day work.
Putting together a model card and more detailed report, but this is just too darn interesting not to share what I woke up to see.

@techdevnotes I used weekly limits in 1 day with supergrok sub (30$).
Same tasks with ChatGPT (20$) sub using GPT 5.5 medium gives me 4 days of usage.
On top of that Im scared to use Grok for anything else because it uses same quota.
English

@kelanoo yep it gives more for the buck when you get it from cursor too

What will happen if GPT 5.6 won’t be available worldwide?
Rest of the world will go all in on GLM, MiniMax, Kimi, DeepSeek, StepFun, Mistral, HuggingFace and we’ll live happily ever after in our worldwide community.

Cursor Pro at $20/month is still underrated.
Someone on Reddit shared their usage:
* ~602M Auto + Composer tokens
* ~194M API tokens
Total included usage was close to ~800M tokens.
Inside the Auto + Composer usage, most of it came from Composer 2.5.
Based on their Composer 2.5 token mix, ~592M tokens was around ~$138 of usage.
If extrapolated to ~800M tokens with a similar token mix, that is roughly ~$187–$200 in value.
For $20/month, that is very good if you need:
* AI coding IDE
* agent orchestrator
* Composer 2.5
* MCP / hooks / orchestration
* cheap daily coding assistant
My conclusion,
Cursor Pro is good enough for many developers, especially if you are a 9-to-5 worker using AI for daily coding tasks.
Cursor Pro+ makes more sense if you code with agents every workday, burn through usage faster, or frequently need heavier models like GPT-5.5, Gemini, Claude, or other frontier models.
Not perfect, but for price-to-usage, Cursor is still one of the strongest options.

Composer 2.5 already outperforms GLM 5.2
→ way faster
→ extremely high / subsidized limits
→ supports images
plus, there's multiple new versions coming this year
unless Cursor does some crazy harness magic, I wouldn't even use GLM 5.2

if i were cursor I would add glm 5.2 right away, why give any of your competition an advantage over you?

Fable 5 Medium is the best intelligence per dollar in AI right now.
It's not close.
New CursorBench results:
Fable 5 Medium: 69.8% at $8.27 per task
Opus 4.7 Max: 64.8% at $11.02
GPT 5.5 Extra High: 64.3% at $4.37
It beats Opus 4.7 Max and GPT 5.5 on score while costing 25% less than Opus.
And it finishes tasks in 47 steps instead of Opus's 96.
If you're vibe coding daily, Fable 5 Medium is the answer.
Top tier intelligence at a price you can actually run all day.

New CursorBench results just dropped.
Two big takeaways.
Composer 2.5 is way better than most people think.
63.2% score at $0.55 per task.
Nearly matching Opus 4.7 Max and GPT 5.5 Extra High at 20x less cost.
This is insane value.
Gemini 3.5 Flash is #10 at 49.8%.
Below GPT 5.5 Low.
Below Opus 4.7 Low.
Google's newest model can't even beat budget tier competition.
Composer 2.5 is the sleeper.
Gemini 3.5 Flash is the disappointment.

the reason bromantane is the ideal addition to modafinil is because modafinil keeps dopamine in the synapse longer and bromantane increases your brain's ability to produce dopamine by upregulating tyrosine hydroxylase
this means you're optimizing supply AND retention simultaneously with virtually zero tolerance buildup
and no dependency or risk of abuse either because we're not depleting reserves or flooding our brains with dopamine.
no euphoria. just smooth but unstoppable fucking performance. 12+ hours of deep focus feels as easy as riding a bike.
and the benefits from bromantane stay for up to 90 days after stopping daily dosing, in my experience.
3-5 days/ week moda/armoda (50-200mg)
45 days on, 90 days off bromantane (50-150mg)
the dynamic duo. not medical advice.

Yung Bogg@TerryBlasta
@BasedBiohacker I have been experimenting with supplementing just moda the past couple months (as a conclusion of your praises). Is bromantane the clear next thing to add to the “stack”? (Choline is taken care of.)
