@AmazonAlexa please give me a better route for tech support. Your email support box keeps copy/pasting instructions that make no sense. And they ignore my responses to their questions - absurd 1 out of 5 stars.

@OpenAI please help me to understand why “updates” are modifying the code for Custom GPTs? One of my Custom GPTs that took 3 days to get right is now VERY broken. It tells me that was from updates you made…? SS attached. This is concerning at an enterprise level, too..

@OpenAI please fix DALL-E. When you ask it to edit only 1 thing in an image, it randomly edits the entire rest of the image and ruins renders. Example: make the bill of the hat blue (makes it blue but makes my subject fat, changes the color saturation, and changes the face).

@AppleSupport found a known issue where Mail app doesn’t sync mail history on iPads that’s killing productivity for one of my business clients. She called Apple and the escalation engineers have known about it but were kind of jerks about fixing the bug ‘when they feel like it’?

@Uber_Support Yes - you copy and pasted almost the exact same message. Why does a billion dollar company make contacting support so hard? What if someone was in an unsafe situation and their app button did not work? You have no phone number to call as a backup, which is a huge CX failure.

@MicrosoftHelps I'm having a wild issue with connecting O365 e-mail accounts to Mac Mail - it just randomly stopped working today? 100% functional via Web, but getting auth errors in the Mac Mail app. It makes zero sense! Please help - I found nothing useful on Google :-(
