I LOVE and highly recommend the New Orleans Jazz and Heritage Festival. I love festivals – in fact, I’m a bit of a festival addict – and I am addicted to this one (I have been coming to it for 33 years) because of the music, the food, and the vibe at the festival. All around, the festival in New Orleans is extraordinary. I recommend that you put it on your bucket list.
@RayDalio Easily the best musical experience in one of America’s most cultured cities. The whole city is in on it. You simply must go at least once in your life.
The bar is so depressingly low that if you just work out three times a week and stop eating like a trash compactor, you’ll end up looking and feeling superior than almost everyone you know.
@1000bero_net Looks too good! I always like this area east of tokyo. Much less tourists and a real locals experience. I’m getting hunger pains just thinking about it lol

Can the smashburger fad just die already. These super thin burgers are trash. Give me a good old not smashed burger that I can really sink my teeth into.
And don’t try to come at me in the replies trying to talk me into smashburgers are where it’s at
Of course! It is Hakkai Sakaba. It’s usually all salarymen and salarywomen. Nothing fancy at all. But the Yamasaki and Hakushu highballs are cold and affordable. I pretty much only get one thing here: the giant oysters from Hiroshima. Like 2-3 oysters in 1 and a great price! The lamb skewers are good too. One of the izakaiya to start the night.
