My biggest wish is for someone to have a holistic overview of the situation to include World level, it seems too fragmented with urgent need over long-term risk planning.

Many countries are in the same, if not worse situation than the UK in managing farms during climate change, desertification etc. For many years China has bought farmland across the World in preparation for such an event, will they share with the UK?
