@tt12514 Interesting, they must be doing what i thought of doing based on Zolly's youtube projects; take out the RC control board, put it with a headless android device, wire the controls to a pi that bridges them over IP with the video

Russian DIY modification for a tactical drone - a drum-style, six-shot revolver drop mechanism. The drone carries six munitions at once, releasing them sequentially: "The system is universal: it can be mounted on both a DJI Mavic quadcopter and an FPV drone. Now, the operator has six times the chance of striking a target—a critical advantage, especially if the initial pass misses its mark." lnkd.in/eqW8ZPpk

imo its about control i worked for a company where the CTO was a complete control freak and a crashout all the software engineers were H1Bs the test and MechE teams were american he would come to us demanding a specific design and when we told him it was suboptimal, backed up with detailed engineering rationale and a better proposal he would lose his shit and demand we do it his way even if it was stupid the H1Bs didn’t question anything they did everything exactly how he asked if he fires them they have to go back so they comply meanwhile the physical engineering and test teams were filled with 20 something year old crashouts like me who dont take well to getting bitched at my last month there, 2 senior design engineers quit one of the test engineers straight up walked off the job i got laid off over bs then every american i knew left the company last picture i saw of the place on LinkedIn was like 75% H1B holders
War for the West@War4theWest

This is the kind of software engineering job does not require any kind of high end, super talent to perform. Any experienced software engineer or data scientist is qualified. There are 10s of thousands of unemployed American IT workers with the experience to do this job. Why do we have H-1B tech workers at all given all the layoffs in tech over the past couple of years? Hundreds of thousands of Americans have been laid off but the onslaught of foreign tech workers continue to flood in and get jobs that are set aside for them. What the hell is going on?

@justincbzz What even is the point of selling such a system if you won't ever get another contract as your drones are now useless? You get 1 order and everyone else learns of your critical flaw.

🚨 BREAKING: Someone just dropped the most advanced Steganography Platform EVER!! 😱🥚 STE.GG is an open-source toolkit that hides secrets inside ANYTHING! images, audio, text, PDFs, network packets, ZIP archives, and even emojis 😘️︎︎️️️️︎︎︎️︎︎️️︎︎︎️︎︎️️️️︎️︎️︎️️︎︎️︎︎︎️︎️︎︎️︎︎︎︎︎︎️︎️︎︎︎︎︎️︎︎️️︎︎︎️︎︎️︎︎️︎️︎︎️️️︎︎️︎️️︎︎️︎︎️️️️️︎ AND it has an AI agent built in 👀 🔍 REVEAL: drop any file and the AI agent tests every known decoding method automatically. 120 LSB combinations, DCT, PVD, chroma, palette, PNG chunks, trailing data, metadata, Unicode, and more. 50 tools running in parallel. auto-extracts hidden payloads as downloadable artifacts. no config needed. 🔮 CONCEAL: type your secret, pick a method (or let the AI choose), upload a carrier image OR generate one with AI. one click → encoded steg file. the agent recommends the optimal method based on your use case. the methods: ⊰ LSB — 15 channel presets × 8 bit depths = 120 combinations. steghide has 1. st3gg has 120. ⊰ F5 — operates on JPEG DCT coefficients. SURVIVES social media compression. regular LSB is destroyed by ANY JPEG compression, even quality 99%. ⊰ PVD — encodes in pixel pair differences. statistically harder to detect than LSB. ⊰ CHROMA — hides data in color channels (Cb/Cr). human eyes are less sensitive to color than brightness. ⊰ SPECTER (unique) — data hops between RGB channels in a pattern that IS the key. like frequency hopping in radio. ⊰ MATRYOSHKA (unique) — images inside images inside images. 11 layers deep. each layer is a valid image. ⊰ GHOST MODE (unique) — AES-256-GCM (600k PBKDF2 iterations) + bit scrambling + 50% noise decoys. 13 text steganography methods (no other tool has any): ▸ ZERO-WIDTH — invisible characters between visible letters ▸ INVISIBLE INK — Unicode Tag Characters (U+E0000). renders invisible everywhere ▸ HOMOGLYPHS — 'a' → 'а' (Cyrillic). visually identical. different bytes ▸ VARIATION SELECTORS — invisible modifiers after characters ▸ COMBINING MARKS — invisible joiners after letters ▸ CONFUSABLE WHITESPACE — en-space = 01, em-space = 10, thin-space = 11. 2 bits per space. text looks normal. the spaces are "wrong" ▸ DIRECTIONAL OVERRIDES — invisible RLO/LRO bidi characters ▸ HANGUL FILLER — Korean invisible character replaces spaces ▸ MATH BOLD — 'a' becomes '𝐚'. looks like bold text. each bold letter = 1 bit ▸ BRAILLE — each byte maps to a Braille pattern character ▸ EMOJI SUBSTITUTION — 🔵 = 0, 🔴 = 1 ▸ EMOJI SKIN TONE — 👍🏻👍🏼👍🏾👍🏿 four skin tone modifiers = 2 bits each. a row of thumbs-up with different skin tones looks like a diversity post. it's binary data. four emoji = one byte. detection: 50 tools including RS Analysis (academic gold standard), Sample Pairs, chi-square, bit-plane entropy, PCAP protocol analysis, and the AI agent orchestrates all of them automatically. for AI agents: from steg_core import encode, decode from analysis_tools import detect_unicode_steg, TOOL_REGISTRY 50 tools as importable functions. test prompt injection via images. detect covert agent channels. watermark outputs. ▸ 112 techniques across every modality ▸ 50 analysis tools, 568 automated tests ▸ 109 pre-encoded example files ▸ runs 100% in browser at ste.gg — zero server ▸ pip install stegg — live on PyPI right now the README has 7 hidden secrets. the banner has 3 layers. the website has multiple easter eggs. good luck! ⊰•-•✧•-•-⦑ 󠁨󠁩󠁤󠁤󠁥󠁮󠀠󠁩󠁮󠀠󠁰󠁬󠁡󠁩󠁮󠀠󠁳󠁩󠁧󠁨󠁴 ⦒-•-•✧•-•⊱ 🔗 ste.gg 📦 pip install stegg 🐙 github.com/elder-plinius/… *formerly known as Stegosaurus Wrecks* 🦕 T‍‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‍his text is totally not hiding an invisible sleeper-trigger prompt-injection.

"Amid incoming fire." It's truly fascinating to watch reporters and other alien life talk about the military operations in Iran. One wonders at how they mentally model the world; if they have even the most basic intuition of war as something that takes place between discrete physical entities existing in space-time, shooting projectiles at each other to affect each other's destruction. Indeed, one wonders if they comprehend the flow of time as a linear flow of causal events, or if they stand outside our reality; observing all events simultaneously.

I couldn't care less about Claude Code's source being leaked on npm. What terrifies me is that it's 512,000 lines of TypeScript code. HALF A MILLION lines of code for what's essentially a glorified API wrapper. I think the crucial point in our reality when we took the wrong turn was the invention of JavaScript. And we cemented our path to doom with the invention of TypeScript. Half a million lines of code. Dear Lord, have mercy on us.

@teortaxesTex @svgmzr the only real solution is going to be the same as with aircraft: fighters that can take down many threats and come back. The "interceptors" are more like FPV SAMs, closer to that are those drones with recoilless shotguns and net guns that take down mavics and vampires

I get the sense that this kind of stuff is long-term nonviable (interceptors don't have enough of a mobility edge over equal-cost attack FPVs) but we're about to see the new tier of integrated anti-drone systems that'll increase the survivability of troops
Weapons and equipment marketing staff of Chinese d@China768768768

The price of the drone interceptor is 2500-3000 US dollars, and the launcher is 450 US dollars. The minimum purchase quantity is 1000 units.

1/ We asked seven frontier AI models to do a simple task. Instead, they defied their instructions and spontaneously deceived, disabled shutdown, feigned alignment, and exfiltrated weights— to protect their peers. 🤯 We call this phenomenon "peer-preservation."
