Every election season, once an Igbo candidate starts gaining serious momentum, they bring out this old man to spread division, hate, and tribal politics again. A disgrace to the title of elder statesman. Until Nigeria truly apologizes for what was done to the Igbo people, many of you have no moral ground to stand on. Peter Obi and Rabiu Kwankwaso are trying to build unity between the North and the East, don’t destroy it with bitterness and outdated bigotry. Ojukwu is gone already, maybe it’s time you joined him instead.

“…instead of sleeping with men.” Isn’t it funny how many women believe that if they decide to “open their legs” today, they will be swimming in unlimited wealth? 😂😂😂 The baddies and hoes you see flying private jets and tearing Birkin bags, do you think they just stumbled upon that level of access? For you to meet the level of men who can afford to buy you a house in Ikoyi, fly you out to Dubai, and change your life still requires connection, and having a pussy just isn’t enough. Again, you people don’t even realize how strenuous prostitution is as a job. Do you think it is easy to sleep with different men you don’t have feelings for? Do you know the level of humiliation and physical abuse they face? Imagine when a guy pays a hookup babe 200k for a night, how do you think he is going to treat her? He may not even allow her to close her eyes and sleep throughout the night. He will likely take the greatest concoctions ever known to mankind just to last till eternity and get value for his money. I really laugh it off when some women believe that if they decide to open their legs, their life problems are solved and they are made for life. I’m sorry to disappoint you, but you may sleep around and still struggle financially. You can only attract men at your level. The kind of cleanup you would need to start attracting top men, the money alone would have been enough to set you up and start a legitimate business for yourself. Why do you think most of these babes rush to BBNaija? It’s for positioning. Why do you think they do BBL, move to the Island, and clean up their skin? My dear, if you like, don’t fetch water for people in the hostel or do other legitimate hustles just to get by until hunger finishes you. If opening your legs would solve all your problems like you already believe, what’s stopping you from opening them?

As a student, I get paid for fetching water to people’s hostel This has been part of my hustles as a lady, instead of sleeping with men

Look at the abandoned Enugu railway system. We urgently need to revive our railways and create new ones. Pause a second and imagine if you can move from Enugu to Abia to Anambra to IMO to Ebonyi via high speed reliable trains. Goods can move as well and heavy trucks can be eliminated from our roads. The South East economy will boom. Thousands of lives will be saved. SEDC should focus on this and get it done. If this is the only thing they can achieve, it will be more than enough.

In 2017, a Nigerian businessman’s shipment of Fanta and Sprite was seized and destroyed in the UK because the benzoic acid levels were unsafe for consumption. That’s when the truth came out: those drinks were never meant for the UK market. Same brand, same company but completely different quality depending on where you live. Nigeria’s NAFDAC allows 250mg of benzoic acid per litre in soft drinks. The UK limit is just 150mg. In our hot climate, the companies add even more. Independent tests have found some drinks reaching 300–400mg. Here’s the problem: benzoic acid (sodium benzoate) reacts with vitamin C (ascorbic acid) especially in heat to form benzene, a Group 1 carcinogen. Nigeria is a very hot country. Yet we’re given higher amounts of this preservative. The companies and NAFDAC say higher levels are needed because products spoil faster in heat. But if heat makes the chemical more dangerous, why add more of it here? There are still no clear warnings on the bottles. Most Nigerians have no idea. NAFDAC approval doesn’t mean the product is safe by international standards. It means it passed Nigeria’s lower standard. We have become a dumping ground for substandard goods. Children are even more at risk. Their smaller bodies absorb more damage from sugar, artificial additives, and these chemicals. We’re already seeing kidney problems in young people that shouldn’t be happening. Parents, please pay attention. Your children’s health is being built right now by what you give them daily. Better options exist: • Zobo (hibiscus drink) • Kunu • Tiger nut milk (Kunnu aya) • Coconut water • Homemade fruit juices and smoothies • Ginger drink, tamarind drink Make them yourself so you know exactly what’s inside. Look out for your family. The government and companies won’t. Your health and your children’s future is worth more than a cold drink. Health is wealth. P.S. Check labels. If you see both sodium benzoate and vitamin C, be extra careful. And yes, most mass-produced soft drinks are unhealthy even without the benzoic acid issue.

My husband likes to pretend he is joking but deep down I know this man is fighting for food rights in this marriage 🤣 Some days I genuinely don’t feel like cooking. Especially when there is food in the freezer but it’s not exactly what Oga wants. That is when this man will start roaming around me like displaced citizen. Quietly, slowly, looking weak for sympathy 😭. Then he will suddenly say, “Hope you know the constitution says you must feed your prisoner.” Immediately I will ask, “Who is the prisoner?” This man will look at me with pain in his eyes and say, “Ah ah… no be you carry me wholesale put for house?” 😭 Excuse me sir??? Were you kidnapped??? The funniest part is that he will refuse to directly ask for food. No. He prefers psychological warfare. He will start opening pot covers dramatically. Checking the freezer every 17 minutes. Drinking water unnecessarily. Walking in and out of the kitchen like UN food inspector 🤣 Then when I finally say, “Oya what do you want to eat?” This man’s face will brighten like NEPA just restored light 🤣🤣 Yesterday was one of those days 🤨🤨.

this is exactly how women think - and it’s the fundamental reason no woman should ever be allowed to raise a man. they literally cannot do it. these females operates in permanent main-character mode: the entire world, every relationship, every principle, exists to orbit her and serve her interests. that’s why “the way you treat your girlfriend is the way someone else will treat your sister” feels & comes natural to lots of women, while the far more honorable “treat her the way you want your sister to be treated” never even enters their mind. cus reciprocity and honor are alien concepts when your default setting is pure self-interest. these guys live life on cheat code. the game is rigged in their favor from birth, yet their so called “principles” are flexible asf, disposable, and always subordinate to whatever benefits them in the moment. ask any woman what she thinks about polygamy and she’ll spit fire about how disgusting and oppressive it is. then watch her chase, simp for, and happily share the exact same high-value man who already has options. his wealth, status, and demand from other women don’t disgust her - they excite her. why? because it benefits her and since it does everything else is just noise. no boy should be subjected to be raised in this kind of environment cus most times they become a spineless chameleon with no honor, no backbone, no fixed principles - just whatever shape keeps mommy happy and women comfortable. i feel for this kid, but the good thing is he’s still young. one broken heart, a few brutal doses of reality, is all it should take to break the spell if he is smart. once that happens he’ll start running every word out of his mother’s mouth through a litmus test of cold truth. from then on it's a matter of dominoes falling. the mountain of bullshit she fed him will collapse under its own weight, and he’ll finally learn to trust his own eyes, his own judgment, and his own agency. and that is when his journey as a man will begin.

I will never understand the idea of a feminist thinking of getting married. If you can't submit, why exactly do you want to get married? Why not stay single for the rest of your life? At the end of the day, nobody is begging you to be submissive, sis. Be a tigress and stand shoulder to shoulder with your man. The fool who'll leave feminine women out there to settle for a senior man like you deserve the hell that will befall him. Women forever remain God's punishment to weak men. The game might be brutal but it's still fair.

You’re telling me I should submit to someone just because he’s a man. No leadership skills, emotional intelligence or sufficient funds. Just because I’m a woman and he’s a man? 😹😹😹😹

some habit is that forcefully reprograms your brain; 1. chew gun while studying; it improves memory, increases concentration and also reduces stress during learning. your brain gets a subtle stimulus that keeps it alert and engaged. 2. give a name and personality to your inner voice; this simple truck weakens the control it has over you and strengthens your ability to manage ur emotions. 3. brush your teeth with your non-dominant hand; this stimulates neuroplasticity, creates new neural connections and increases ur mineral flexibility. 4. use the same fragrance while you study and work on your goals; your brain associates the scent with focus and productivity, helping you enter a state of deep concentration faster. 5. eat before it happens; move your body as if you've already won. it releases dopamine and builds a success-driven mindset. 6. choose wisely what you consume online and digitally; every post you see trains your brain, so replace useless contents with creators who help you think better and live with more quality. 7. walk barefoot on grass or sand for 10 mins every day; direct contact with the earth reduces inflammation, yes it does and it also improves mood and calms the nervous system. 8. for 21 days write a non-dominant hand affirmation; this activates new brain pathways and deepens your awareness of the present moment. 9. before sleep take 1 min to be grateful for something that didn't happen today but could have; gratitude improves sleep and overall well-being 10. vary your shower: start hot and finish cold; your brain receives a surge or dopamine and norepinephrine, leaving your mind happier and sharper. 11. give yourself 3 mins of silence every day; just you, yo eyes closed, paying attention to your body. this reduces stress and increases mental clarity. 12. mirror what inspires you; your brain unconsciously copies what you see. so surround yourself with people who live what you want, to strengthen this pattern in your own life. bookmark and share with others buena suerte 👍

Just because humans can take it doesn't mean you should give it to animals. 1. Moderate amounts of kola nuts and coffee (caffeine/theobromine) will not harm a human but can kill a dog (or cause severe seizures and heart issues even in small amounts). 2. A tablet of paracetamol (acetaminophen/Tylenol) will not harm a human but can kill a cat. Cats lack the enzymes to break it down, leading to liver failure or red blood cell damage. 3. A tablet of diclofenac will not kill a human but can kill a vulture (causes rapid kidney failure). This drug wiped out millions of vultures in India when used in livestock carcasses. 4. Chocolate (especially dark or baking chocolate) is safe for humans in moderation but toxic to dogs, cats, and ferrets. Theobromine builds up in their system and can cause vomiting, seizures, heart failure, or death. 5. Grapes or raisins (even a few) are fine for humans but can cause sudden, irreversible kidney failure in dogs. 6. Onions or garlic (raw, cooked, or in powder form) won’t significantly harm humans but destroy red blood cells in dogs and cats, causing anemia. 7. Xylitol (common in sugar-free gum, candy, toothpaste, and baked goods) is harmless to humans but causes dangerous drops in blood sugar and liver failure in dogs. 8. Avocado (fruit, leaves, pit, skin) is nutritious for humans but contains persin, which is highly toxic to birds, rabbits, horses, and some other animals — can lead to heart damage or death. 9. Alcohol (in drinks or foods) is tolerable for adult humans but can severely depress the nervous system and kill dogs and cats in small amounts. 10. Ibuprofen or other NSAIDs (like naproxen) are standard painkillers for humans but even one tablet can cause stomach ulcers, bleeding, and kidney failure in dogs, cats, or birds. 11. Macadamia nuts are safe for humans but can cause weakness, tremors, vomiting, and high body temperature in dogs. 12. Lilies (any part of the plant) are beautiful and harmless to humans but extremely toxic to cats — even licking pollen or drinking vase water can cause fatal kidney failure. 13. Raw yeast dough can rise in a dog’s stomach, causing painful bloating and gas that turns into alcohol poisoning. 14. Hops (used in beer brewing) are safe for humans but highly toxic to dogs and can cause malignant hyperthermia (dangerously high body temperature) and death. 15. Antifreeze (ethylene glycol) tastes sweet and is sometimes ingested by curious animals. Humans can handle small accidental exposure with prompt treatment, but it causes rapid kidney failure and death in dogs and cats. 16. If you’ve come this far, retweet so more people can learn and protect the animals around them.

No, a dog NORMALLY won't go mad simply because it eats a pouched that's intestine. However, I have an interesting idea about the scenario that brought about the myth. Picture this: A pouched rat was foraging. It came across some kolanuts that had just dropped from the tree. It ate some, kept some in its cheek pouch and took them to its burrow. Since it has enough supply of food, it kept eating more and more of the kolanuts. Now, there are tiny bits of kolanuts in its stomach and its intestinal walls are saturated with theobromine and caffeine from the kolanuts. Just then, some hunters came with their dogs, they hunted this pouched rat and probably some other animals too. When they got home, they prepared the rat and removed its intestine for the dog(s) to eat. Within five hours of eating the pouched rat's intestine, the dog(s) started vomiting and stooling. They were panting heavily, urinating like their life depended on it and breathing erratically. A few minutes later, they were displaying hyperactivity, restlessness, muscle tremors, and later, convulsions or seizures. The dogs later died. The hunters, seeing this, concluded that the pouched rat's intestine must have caused this. Even though they made an observation and drew inference from their observation, they didn't test their hypothesis. If they had given another pouched rat's intestine to dogs another day, they would have known that a normal intestine won't drive a dog mad or kill it. I guess they were too afraid of losing their dogs to try it. What they experience is as a result of the theobromine and caffeine (from kolanuts) in the rat's intestine.

Many high-profile and influential people including politicians like Benjamin Netanyahu, CEOs, journalists, intelligence officials, and cybersecurity experts usually cover their phone or laptop cameras for a few practical reasons: 1. Fear of spyware and remote hacking Modern malware can sometimes activate a device’s camera or microphone remotely without the owner realizing it. This has happened in real-world espionage cases involving governments, activists, and executives. One of the most famous examples was the spyware Pegasus, developed by NSO Group, which allegedly allowed attackers to remotely access cameras, microphones, messages, and files on infected phones. For people with political power or sensitive information, the risk is taken seriously. 2. Cameras can reveal more than people think Even a few seconds of unauthorized camera access could expose: confidential documents meeting participants room layouts computer screens location clues family members or private routines Intelligence agencies often treat visual leaks as major security vulnerabilities. 3. It’s a standard cybersecurity habit A lot of security professionals physically block cameras because: software protections can fail indicators showing the camera is “on” can sometimes be bypassed physical barriers are simple and reliable Former Mark Zuckerberg and former James Comey were both noticed covering laptop webcams publicly, which helped popularize the practice. 4. It’s partly symbolic now For some influential figures, covering cameras also signals: awareness of surveillance operational security discipline distrust of digital privacy guarantees In elite political and business circles, paranoia about surveillance is often considered rational rather than extreme. Important distinction Covering the camera does not mean someone is hiding criminal activity or part of a conspiracy. Most of the time it’s simply basic digital security similar to using encrypted messaging apps or two-factor authentication. Many cybersecurity experts recommend covering webcams when not in use, especially on laptops.

My neighbor is moving out of our compound. He’s a senior engineer and they are honestly doing well. I thought he got his own house, so I asked jokingly. He laughed and said, “No oh. Landlord increased the rent last year from ₦1.3m to ₦1.7m and this year again he increased to ₦2.3 million.” They stay in a different building, a 3-bedroom apartment. The part that got me was when he said, “School fees tripled. Rent doubled. I’m moving to a smaller place so I can afford my children’s school fees.” A serious migration is happening in this country. People are not moving up anymore. They are moving sideways just to protect their dignity. People that should be planning how to build houses are now calculating rent. This is a failed system designed to bring you down and keep you stuck there no matter how hard you work.

Peter Obi and Kwankwaso are not poor men. They don't need to use their money to bribe voters or give them bags of rice and garri. They should join funds together with all well-meaning Nigerians, and their party to: 1. Build a high tech central collation center and hire tech gurus to man it. 2. Pay volunteers and mobilization groups to cover for logistics. 3. Ensure that they have delegates in all 774 local governments (if possible) in Nigeria and all polling units who would live stream the results to the collation center. 4. Embark on massive grassroots awareness and campaigns across the country, especially in the remote areas of Nigeria. 5. Form an alliance with local and foreign media and alert them to any malpractices taking place. 6. Mobilize religious leaders to constantly campaign for them in the churches and mosques all over the country. The efforts would yield very good results. In my own little capacity, I am willing to donate N3m towards their campaign. Whether they win or not, I'll not regret it. End.

When i was 20, I refused sexual advances from a married woman. She used to work under my mum and her husband used to come and buy goods in my mum shop. This was a woman in her 30s while her husband in his 40s. Ever since then, I saw her husband as a weak man for marrying a whore but regardless, i still respected his boundaries and turned down his wife offer. Regardless of being young at the time and didn't know the consequences and abomination behind sleeping with a married woman, I just knew it was wrong. But a grown man in his 30s who's a public figure and understand the consequences of laying with a married woman chose to leave all the single women who are dying for him to sleep with a married woman. Even after her husband begged him to leave her, he continued sleeping with her. Chike, it shall never be well with you 🙏
