@BrightonHoveCC Other Councils do not require reg. no - the permit was IN the car so why is it needed?

@BrightonHoveCC you are fraudsters - take parking permit fee and, on a minor technicality (didn’t fill in reg no.), insist on fine of £35. Will you at least replace the ‘unused’ parking permit - how can you justify two charges?

@EuropCarScam: Goldcar(Spain) dead key battery so unable to lock car. CustServ insisted on return to airport but did not advise correct days/times. Offered 500 gold pnts compensation worth 5 Euros for 2 wasted journeys! Could have said buy replacement battery & saved hassle.
