Can you patient groups understand your comms?.. (The top foreign languages spoken in the UK are French, German and Spanish. There is the British Sign Language or BSL, and there are also many immigrant languages spoken in the UK, including Polish, Punjabi and Spanish.)

@GaryMcAllister Short answer is yes. With multi-year agreements available and the ability to reserve VM instances, compute and storage capacity, in Azure, it's entirely possible and indeed commonplace to use capital budgets. Happy to chat about it. 👍
