Meta-analysis @LungCaJournal looks at attrition in neoadjuvant, adjuvant, & perioperative immunotherapy trials for NSCLC. With neoadjuvant, 11% had incomplete cycles, 16% did not go to surgery. Overall, compliance higher in neoadjuvant vs adjuvant.
