1/ One of the biggest loopholes nobody talks about: You can open a US bank account without an SSN — from anywhere in the world — by creating a US LLC.

@avichal @avichal's and @balajis' posts date back to Sep 2019 ~6 yrs ago! Maybe we had to wait for AI to truly automate companies? "Turning wallets into LLCs" lets agents operate on companies, unlocking DeFi for corporate treasury and enabling agent-to-agent commerce. Onchain+AI will win!

This struck a cord as we're building tools for what we call the "under-entrepreneured" and see lots of users from eg LatAm and also Africa. Sad that so many countries hold their own people back.

It's clear that Regus' business model is counting on extra revenue from its tenants paying late, preying on busy founders to not even notice. Make sure you do and protest with us by RT!!

They purposefully bill so early - a full month before the actual rental month - to trick their tenants into missing payments. Regus then applies a late payment fee equivalent to an APR of 80+%, worse than payday loan sharks!!

We want to share our experience with @RegusGlobal with our thousands of company users and those at @Otonomos who may look for a serviced office solution. While local staff at Regus/Spaces are typically super helpful, their billing system is clearly designed to extort money from its busy users.
