@real_dismas @Greenvikk @Maryian96 Laughable. Just refer to Iebc's presidential elections data of 2022 or even 2017 when Kalanzo was Rao's running mate, then we can have a factual discourse.

New: Mbavu the Destroyer has filed a case at the Sports Disputes Tribunal (SDT) seeking the nullification of the results of their ‘street fight’. He claims the judges made a wrong call and is asking to be declared the winner and awarded the cash payout of Ksh3.5m, a car Toyota Voxy valued at Ksh4m, a Taro GP1 sport bike and the championship belt. Alternatively he seeks a rematch to be ordered. He has sued Majembe, Oga Obinna the event promoter and also added the Kenya Professional Boxing Commission (KPBC) as an interested party. The SDT has certified the matter as urgent and ordered for the same to be mentioned on 15th April 2026 (next Wednesday) when the Tribunal will issue further directions once responses to the claim are received.

@MCKTV2 Cry over what? What will be new to the Luo in 2027? Their generations have literally been in opposition politics 80% of the time since independence. That's very familiar territory to the Luo.

There is a guy we were with at TUK but he studied Civil Engineering. During campus he tried hustling in the city in businesses, but nothing worked out. 2yrs ago he asked me for advice coz everything had fallen apart and I told him the best thing was to go back home, relax and think about his next move because the small money we used to assist him cannot sustain the pressure of city life. Yesterday while I was in Mutalia along Kagundo Road, I coincidentally met him supplying onions. He told me he went home, relaxed for some months, started planting onions and later looked for places where there is demand. That’s how he slowly started getting back on his feet. I was really happy for him.

Doing business in Kenya is soo tough right now guys. KRA wants us to use eTims to generate our invoices but some clients dont pay immediately. KRA doesnt care about that , they know as long as you generated an invoice you’ve been paid. They need their tax money instantly bila kutaka kujua story mob and if you default its heavy penalties. Most businesses are now forced to close because you cant be working your a$$ up all day for all the money to be taken by the government. The business environment is soo tough in Kenya right now. The problem is not even paying the taxes , its tunalipa pesa na hatuoni penye inaenda. People are just pocketing this money and stacking them in foreign accounts.

Ruto ni mjanja sana😂😂😂😂 As he has assigned that Oria calling himself Adopted son of Raila, to scratch Oburu’s back, he has instructed Joho and former ODM leaders from Mombasa to form their own party. Oparanya is also doing the same in Western. And then Ruto will go directly to Luo people, bypassing ODM and bulldoze UDA in Nyanza, completely finishing ODM. Wakina Wanga who thought they knew, are slowly finding out that they don’t know. Ruto is not looking for a coalition with ODM, he is killing ODM. It is called, death by a thousand cuts!

@georgediano Most of the things happening in Nairobi are scum driven. Shida ni people never learn and never fight relentlessly for their rights. Kenyans can be punished or traumatized for days by a single caretaker or tout and appear totally helpless. Yet they want to send Ruto home. Nyinyi!

Buying a house in Nairobi and its environs is one of the worst financial decisions you can ever make. Let me talk about Greatwall Gardens, where I personally witnessed the madness of home ownership. At Greatwall, management will confidently tell you there is a borehole and a water storage system that is always full to capacity. They will also assure you there is a standby generator in case of blackouts. Convinced, you take a loan and buy yourself a nice two-bedroom house. You think you have escaped the stress of someone knocking at your door asking for rent and the frustration of daily power outages. Then the service charge bills start coming in, much higher than what was indicated in the agreement. Together with your neighbours, you start complaining and refusing to pay the additional fees. The management then resorts to blackmail. They cut off water supply to units that become “difficult” in paying service charges. Sometimes, they even liaise with KPLC officials and disconnect power lines from the main transformers. They pretend it is a KPLC issue and frustrate you until you surrender to their demands. Two weeks ago, residents of Greatwall Gardens Phase 4 organized a protest after being left without electricity for over 48 hours, following a power disconnection by Kenya Power (KPLC) due to a huge outstanding debt allegedly owed by the estate manager, Edermann Ltd. According to residents, KPLC supplies electricity to Edermann Ltd, which then distributes power to homeowners within Phase 4. When KPLC disconnected the main supply over unpaid bills, hundreds of families were plunged into darkness, despite residents having paid their electricity charges. The blackout disrupted daily life, affecting food storage, security lighting, online work, and children’s schooling. Residents say they are being unfairly punished for a dispute between service providers. I was frustrated at Greatwall Gardens until I decided to rent elsewhere, even as I continue servicing my loan. Sometimes we would go for two weeks without water. Greatwall looks good from the outside, but inside those apartments live families in distress. Avoid buying these houses in Nairobi. You will end up worse off your entire life than someone who has rented in Roysambu or Mirema. Bills every month, just like renting. Service charges alone can go up 20k per month. So where is the point of owning a house if you will live like a tenant?
