Nearly 1,200 people have signed our petition since we launched, exactly one week ago. The message is clear: Ottawa residents want daily water testing at their beaches. One test a week isn’t enough.

The 12th annual @ottriverkeeper fundraising gala proved once again to be one of the hottest parties in the capital, rain or shine, as more than 400 politicians, politicos, philanthropists, and ecologically minded entrepreneurs weren't deterred by a little drizzle last night for a night of high spirits and higher bids, raising over $330K in support of the national capital watershed. #PartyCentral hilltimes.com/story/2025/05/…

We had a great time during the Ottawa Riverkeeper's visit! They brought along a pretend fish pond and magnetic fishing rods so we could learn about local wildlife and rivers. 🎣 Thank you to @ottriverkeeper for such a fun and educational experience. 💙
