@jgro_the @DrJoGrady @SimmsMelanie UCU Congress was ended when staff and the chair walked out to prevent delegates discussing two motions they had elected to hear: 10 *and* 11. At Recall Congress 10 was withdrawn, but 11 was heard and passed by a large majority. No staff walked out & all other business was debated
