My @ouraring is telling me that watching basketball today has been stressful 🤣😭 I guess that Iowa game was especially nerve wracking 🤣 Is it even March is your heart rate and stress lines don’t read at least 3x higher than normal? (Asking for a friend… 🤷‍♀️🏀)

@ouraring I bought my Oura ring 4 less than a year ago and loved it for the first several months, but now the battery life is absolutely terrible. Last night I charged it up 100% before bed and it was so dead in the morning it wouldn't even show my sleep pattern from the previous night. Is this normal? I can't imagine buying a new annual subscription. My friends are asking me how I like it. What should I tell them? #ouch #yikes

Hi Jamie! For the best accuracy and performance, we recommend going with the tighter fit. Your Oura Ring should feel snug but comfortable, and you should still be able to remove it easily when needed. The snug fit ensures optimal sensor contact with your skin, which gives you the most accurate sleep, activity, and health data. Hope this helps!

Quick update here... my battery life on my @ouraring finally got bad enough that their diagnostics flagged it as a problem. New one on the way! I'm back in the Oura is amazing camp.

Looking for some wearables advice. I’ve absolutely loved my @ouraring but am very frustrated by the battery life. It used to last almost a week. Now I’m getting 1-2 days. I used their chatbot support and the battery diagnostics report says everything is in range, which is a real indictment of the product if true. Anybody have experience here? My problem with WHOOP is that I just don’t think it’s very accurate, but maybe it’s improved over the last couple of years. A nice Garmin watch may be an option, but not sure how good the sleep data is. Other wearables I should consider?

Everyone knows you shouldn’t eat late or right before bed. I knew it too, but a small snack with a glass of wine felt harmless, right? That’s what I thought… until I started tracking my sleep with my Apple Watch and now @ouraring. The drop in sleep quality after having food very late in the day is huge. @ouraring I have been trying to reach you everyday. My Oura Ring 4 is pure garbage. As I type this, another support call from you went straight to voicemail. This is my 5th day in a row. My Oura 3 works better. The 4 won‘t hold a charge, has info glitches, charging daily 🤬

@ouraring can I give feedback? Customer care representatives should have a direct connection to the warehouses shipping products. They give customers information telling them their order will ship that day and then they don’t ship until the following day. Please advise?
