A few tips for job searchers: 1) your network is the best place. If you don’t have a solid network, start building one. Like @theo said, build distribution. 2) play your strengths. LC, behaviour, system design, etc make sure YOU know what it is 3) if you get referred by your network, make sure you nail the interview. It’s hard to get rejected but harder if a person loses confidence in you 4) your rep matters. Build things, get people to use your stuff, be good. I’ve gotten tons of interviews and offers just because people know of my work. And lastly, don’t stress
