Payout certificate issued April 13. Money still not received. @MyCryptoFunding has been struggling with payouts for months now. Traders have been waiting weeks with no clear timeline. The Discord, which was the only real communication channel, has been closed for over a week with no explanation. The last official update from MCF was April 20. Nothing since. For this specific trader, everything on paper is done. The payout was approved. The certificate was issued. Rise verification was completed. The money simply isn't moving and there's nowhere to go to find out why. Ownership change. Rebrand. Restructuring. Any of those could explain what's happening behind the scenes. But none of it explains why traders with approved payouts and completed verification are sitting in silence with no update and no working support channel. Whatever is happening internally at MCF, traders who have earned their payouts deserve to know what's going on and when they can expect to be paid.

🚨 Complaint submitted against The5ers A trader with @the5erstrading since 2023 had multiple funded accounts disabled when scaling up to a $ 150K High Stakes account. A $10,382 payout was cancelled in the process. Here's how it played out 👇 The trader had already completed KYC when they were on the $100K account. Passed the interview, got verified, started trading. When they scaled up to $ 150K and requested a payout, The5ers cancelled it and disabled all their funded accounts. Then asked for KYC again. The trader pointed out they had already been verified. The5ers asked anyway. New ID, new passport, new interview. The trader went through it all again. Two accounts were eventually reactivated. The $150K account remains disabled. The cancelled $10,382 payout has not been addressed. The trader has $16,007 in total withdrawals with The5ers, showing this isn't someone new to the process. Ten completed payouts. The two declined ones both came after scaling up. Accounts reactivated after going through KYC twice. But the payout that started all of this is still cancelled and the $ 150K account is still sitting disabled. No explanation given for either.
