@ShidelerK That's the only link I've seen that *actually* breaks the contents down but it's pretty clear overall he was calling the cops sovereign citizens not himself. '22-'23 the Experts started referencing him as it though.

@RYP__ There's plenty of cases where that's not actually relevant to the dynamic, to them, but it becomes so to us because media does its thing. Still waiting for any English media or even a govt document to accurately describe how a cartel structures itself or considers membership.

@RYP__ Tbf this has been happening for about a decade & not entirely the best frame in some cases. Eg Colombians have mandatory service. Most Colombian men going to work for cartels at all now have a higher chance of military experience vs not, whether or not the skills are marketed.

The impact of globalization of military skills outside of governments and to support transnational criminal groups is on our doorstep. Being "at war" with them simply makes hiring better skills more important and neccesary.
RusWar@ruswar

🇲🇽 In some Mexican media, information appeared that mercenaries joining the service in the Michoacán cartels should be more careful. They point out that the Tepalcatepec cartel and its leader Juan José Farías Álvarez (better known in the world as El Abuelo) is hiring Colombians. And it would be fine if he just hired them, but he also, you see, acts in the best traditions of Turkish pimps from the 90s — takes away passports and forces them to work for him. I want to note that there is nothing surprising in attracting Colombians to the case. El Abuelo started doing this, looking for fighters to confront the “New Generation Jalisco” cartel. They talked about it actively a year ago, then El Abuelo was looking for those who have experience participating in the Ukrainian conflict, as well as those who know how to handle explosives and UAVs. At about the same time, competition for the trade in explosives in the region began. Thus, publications of this kind may well be launched anti-advertising for the Tepalcatepec cartel and other structures of the United Cartel. The publication Milenio, from whose submission this is happening now, has already been “stained” in this more than once and may well pull off a similar trick again.

@doublezerodonut @nstr_atm This pretty much. With a housing and economic crisis, "why" people don't choose low paying jobs that require extensive physical labor and cognitive load is a bit of a non-question. It's... not worth it lol. Plus our national identity efforts are ass backwards.

@nstr_atm Wild what the govt will pay for some of this stuff but it doesn’t trickle down to the line workers. I worked for a company making defense products and they struggled to find operators cause they paid less than the Burger King across the street (self inflicted).

@ShidelerK My favorite was a guy they'd already accurately assessed *killed a cop BECAUSE HE THOUGHT THE COP WAS A SOVCIT* and years later reclassed him a SovCit, sourcing... his reference calling the cop a SovCit.

@AllThingsNatSec Fun fact. Among some other research, I came across an NYPD detective who was a former Soviet soldier with a suspicious amount of KGB merch, connections to... the Spetsnaz MC, and, of course, still attends yearly Soviet remembrance flotillas.

Ken Klippenstien (@kenklippenstein) is probably one of the dumbest journos I have ever encountered. Nihilistic Violent Extremists (764, etc) are getting kids to cut, kill themselves, stab people, shoot up schools, generate CSAM, commit arson, etc... and he's worried that.. some of the perpetrators are minors? He's literally mad that the FBI is investigating violent crimes against children. Somebody please check this dudes hard drives kenklippenstein.com/p/pre-teen-ter…

@riskoriented @kenklippenstein @kenklippenstein should stop trying to degrade the capabilities to combat it cause... the only effect from it... is making it easier for people to abuse kids in some of the most vile ways that're possible. Can't claim ignorance bud you've been well told to correct yourself.

@riskoriented @kenklippenstein No, it's disinformation. Ken is making all this up & has 0 sources on it. His whole foundational point makes that clear because anyone around the space can tell you the term's been around for years. The push to standardize it happened pre-Trump, it finalizing then was incidental.

@lukOlejnik Last/ but the reason people speak to it wrong, in that case, is because we lack recognizing things like dialectical materialism or the predominance of second order cybernetics. We speak to it projecting our info-layer view, they view it from the neuro and bio angle.

@lukOlejnik We also have an issue beyond those external observations, where, that is also projecting (not fully understood) frames of our own practices and sciences. Many issues result from this - eg everyone defining Reflexive Control accurately but the rest gets pretty wrong.

To anyone else who follows Kens reporting on that, you can scratch it, he's pulling this retarded BS from his ass. There is 0 reasonable way he could've simply been misinformed on this, unless he is, well... just making it up & avoiding primary sources, which becomes the dis-.
