Day 1 update of incentives voting. CIP-50 is currently passing by a good margin and with the parameter result skewing toward "Less than 500" If this result ultimately passes then it will require 150k ADA in pledge for a Cardano stake pool to prevent becoming oversaturated. ..

After over a year of weekly meetings, research, simulations, tool building, and community discussion, the Cardano Incentives Working Group will be releasing an Ekklesia ballot this coming week. This is the culmination of many thousands of hours of volunteer work. 👇

By making pledge mandatory, it will push CEX to pledge user funds at scale (holding just enough in liquid stake for withdrawals) ultimately outcompeting every community SPO on rewards.
