I, at 35 years of age, hit Masters in Apex Legends. That’s top 1% of the game. And I did it on Mouse and Key. If you use controller and fail to hit these ranks you are BAD. The only input that displays true skill is M&K and I defeated 99% of you at 35 years old. Muting this.

Marathon has yet again softly hinted at a multi year long plan for the game Creative Director Julia Nardin says they already know "where we want to take the story over the next few years" Bungie had indirectly suggested a similar notion over a month ago saying "We are in for the long haul with Marathon"

I won't delete it to memoralize that but I guess what I was *trying* to say was that I find it annoying that much younger people are acting like I'm somehow new to Bungie games or don't know its history Anyone can have views or expertise on old media. Was dumb to imply otherwise. But I don't like people telling me what they think I don't know (I realize I sort of did that myself)

It's been almost two months since Marathon came out. Anyone who says Marathon has nothing to do with the og games is either ignorant or lying right to your face, because if you read the game's lore especially the Cryo Archive you'll see that it's all connected to the og games

@Yakiniku_Party I dunno I play controller and I would prefer more recoil. Controller has its downsides too it feels jank on bf6. Plus on mnk you can flick and take out multiple opponents way easier. I don’t want one to be more op than the other though just balance it.

Roller bots will say this with 25% less vertical and horizontal recoil plus rotational aim assist, while PC has had borked mouse input, keyboard input delay, recoil negating mouse input, bugs increasing recoil ONLY on M&K, etc. We need a mass exodus of tourists in FPS.

@temporyal @TorsoReaper Controller should have a better recoil management system it’s PC clowns probably like you guys that want everything to be in your favor it’s already bad enough that console has to go up against superior equipment like PC faster inputs less latency lower ping typically mouse 360.

The Oilers organization is not perfect, but it’s not wasting McDavid. They had a team that got within two goals and two games from a Cup Wasting him would be failing to get close In 2024 they were a couple bounces from winning it all, not a whole team away

Does Marathon's decline (in terms of player count) not ultimately just come down to the fact that it is an extraction shooter which isn't casual friendly? It may be a damn good game but that combination immediately makes it less appealing to a very significant number of players.
