@keileigha @ChaseSupport Was your issue resolved? I've had the same problem since yesterday, and no one from chase seems to want to help. I've been placed on hold for over 3 hours, twice, before giving up. Will take my business elsewhere if the issue isn't fixed asap!

@o0mikey @ChaseSupport Same here in California. Ingenico terminal has been down since yesterday. Lost a lot of business already. Could not get ahold of customer support yesterday. Was placed on hold for over 3 hours each time before I quit trying. Will take my business elsewhere. This is unacceptable!

@ChaseSupport merchant services terminal is down in East Orlando area, wait time on phone for call back is 5 hours and 33 minutes. Terminal was down all day yesterday and still down this morning..

@ChaseSupport @chase our pos terminal has been down since yesterday, and have been on hold for over 3 hours twice! This is completely unacceptable! We've lost a lot of business already because of the outage that many are currently facing. Will be taking our business elsewhere.
