The CPS accepts the suspect 'intended' to cause GBH, for stabbing the11 year old girl in the face and neck. So INTENT was admitted, yet CPS say they cannot prove an intent to murder. Had she died, the intent to cause GBH would stand as murder as an intent to cause GBH is sufficient for a murder conviction.
