I registered a complaint for my Water Cooler issue on 18/04/2026, but till now no technician has visited. I have also purchased 4 years extended warranty, yet no proper support has been provided. ServiceRequest ID: 260420-002026 This kind of delay is unacceptable.@cromaretail
