आज मुझे एक नया नोटिस आया है, जिसमें @DelhiPolice ने X से मेरी लोकेशन और फोन डिटेल्स मांगी हैं। 3 साल पुराने मेरे tweets खोजकर पहले ही @NCSC_GoI ने मुझ पर SC/ST एक्ट लगाया है। कल ही एक SP प्रवक्ता खुलेआम ब्राह्मणों को वैश्यों से भी बदतर बता रहा था, लेकिन उस पर कोई कार्रवाई नहीं हुई। लेकिन सवर्ण समाज की आवाज उठाने पर मुझे जेल भेजने की पूरी कोशिश हो रही है। अगर अब भी सवर्ण समाज एकजुट नहीं हुआ, तो हमारा अस्तित्व खत्म हो जाएगा।

मैंने कभी सोचा भी नहीं था कि मेरे खिलाफ इतना बड़ा षड्यंत्र रचा जाएगा। > सबसे पहले मेरा फ़र्ज़ी ट्वीट का स्क्रीनशॉट बनाया जाता है। > फिर उसी फ़र्ज़ी स्क्रीनशॉट को सोशल मीडिया पर फैलाया जाता है। > मैंने उस फ़र्ज़ी स्क्रीनशॉट के खिलाफ साइबर शिकायत दर्ज कराई। > लेकिन उस पर कोई कार्रवाई नहीं हुई, कोई मदद नहीं मिली। > उस फ़र्ज़ी स्क्रीनशॉट को आधार बनाकर @NCSC_GoI स्वतः संज्ञान लेता है। > इसके बाद दिल्ली पुलिस SC/ST एक्ट का नोटिस भेजती है। > मामले में नॉन-बेलेबल धाराएँ जोड़ दी जाती हैं। > और अंत में Twitter से मेरी सारी निजी जानकारी माँगी जाती है। > अब अगला कदम शायद मेरी गिरफ्तारी ही होगा। @DelhiPolice & @NCSC_GoI - दोनों ही BJP सरकार के अंतर्गत आते हैं। यह एक सोची-समझी साज़िश है, जिसका उद्देश्य मुझे जेल भेजना है - ताकि आने वाले समय में कोई भी सवर्ण समाज की आवाज़ उठाने का साहस न कर सके। #SCSTActMisuse

Heart is so pained today .... A father just wanting to be in the life of his kids. A thorough gentleman abiding by every court order for 2 years only being pushed to the edge as mother has defied 40 court orders. Today, he had court orders to celebrate the birthday of his son. Just 2.5 hours. Bought so many gifts. Got a beautiful cake made. Carried games so that he could play with the kids. Made a video capturing beautiful memories from the times when both his kids hugged him and adored him. Though the court said that mother should strictly comply with the order - she did not get the kids to spend time with the father. Blatant violation. 41st disregard for judicial order. Why ? Because she knows she will get away. She knows she will give any excuse and it will be accepted. She knows she can continue alienating the kids from their father who they truly adore until they start seeing him as stranger & court will say NOTHING This man is trained to fight battles on the border but he can do nothing to fight this enemy he married - the enemy within The hopelessness. The excruciating pain. The zeal to still keep fighting. I wonder what strength these men are made of .... A woman can cry even in front of Judges if subjected to such humiliation. But a man....he has to just swallow his pain and pretend strong because the court will declare him a weak man over just one breakdown !!! EQUALITY IN INDIA 🤡

Since when did tolerating humiliation become a virtue, and protesting against it become an offence? Anuradha Tiwari has consistently raised issues affecting the masses — from reservation and infrastructure to food safety, road safety, clean water, and civic issues. Despite years of abuse and targeting, she has never responded with casteist slurs or abusive language. Fake screenshots were circulated against her, which she publicly clarified as fake, yet the same are now being weaponized. I have been reporting SC/ST Act cases for the last several years, and the same pattern of misuse and targeting is visible in this case too.
